Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Magnifiscent Online Australia. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched on the same business day, provided the order is placed before 1:00pm AWST (Perth time). Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time through the Australia Post website or app.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship to all addresses within Australia. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days
  • Remote areas: Allow additional time

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be impacted by Australia Post operational delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Free shipping thresholds and promotional offers are advertised on our website and may change from time to time. Please refer to the current promotions displayed on our website for the latest free shipping terms and conditions.


International Shipping (New Zealand)

We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only, via Australia Post International.

Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch:

  • New Zealand: 6–15 business days (standard international post)

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by New Zealand authorities upon delivery. Magnifiscent Online Australia has no control over these charges and is not responsible for them.
  • We recommend checking with New Zealand Customs for information on applicable import duties prior to placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

While we take every care in packaging your order, once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is subject to their terms and conditions.

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience with your order number and tracking details. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find the best resolution.

To help us resolve your issue promptly, please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage before disposing of packaging materials.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Magnifiscent Online Australia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
